A flower order for Mogami can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Mogami by the local cutoff of 12:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For someone in Honjo, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are sending to a guest of Hoteiya, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Kishiro, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Fuji Kan, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Address details for Kurosawa should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Shonai Kan, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
