Flower Delivery in Tendo — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Tendo

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Takinoyu, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

If you are sending flowers to someone at Yoshioka Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Big Boy Restaurants, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
