A florist in Sendai handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Ruins of the Great East Japan Earthquake Sendai Arahama Elementary School are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Riverside Friendship Bell in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 12:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Sendai. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For an address in Aramaki-Honzawa 3-chome, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before sending to NishiSendai Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. A flower order for a recipient at JCHO Sendai South Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Higashi Nagamachi Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Shōgen Higashi Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Chomeigaoka Junior High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Sendai Hosana Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Sendai Orthodox Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Hosenji Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Sakan, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Japanese Red Cross Sendai Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
If the recipient works at Sendai City Hall, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Address details for Ayashi-chuo 1-chome should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the delivery address is Ceremole Miyagino, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Coco's, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for The Westin, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Check with Holiday Inn ANA Sendai before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
