For delivery on the same day in Rifu, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. An address in Aobadai 2-chome should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before sending flowers to Aoyama Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Miyagi Prefectural Rifu Support School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Miyagi Prefecture Rifu High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Route Inn Rifu, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
A flower order for a recipient at Miyagi Rifu Ekisaikai Hospital. needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Rifu Town Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Address details for Chuo 1-chome should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Bikkuri Donkey, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
