Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Tome. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Keyakkī is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Tome is 12:00. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Boenkaku, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel New Granvia, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Miyagi Tome General Industrial High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Tome High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Hongenji, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Mirokuji, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Fukudenji, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Ebitake Ryokan before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Tome Citizen Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For a recipient at Tome City Hall Toyoma General Branch Office, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If the delivery address is Toyosato Saien, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Joyfull, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
