Send your flower order for Zao online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Zao by the local cutoff of 12:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When the destination is in Togatta Onsen, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Zaō Shikisō, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with 隠れ家Village薪のくつろぎ蔵王 before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a delivery to a teacher at Enda Junior High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Miya Junior High school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Enda Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Emmeiin are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Jōeiji, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Shiroishi Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hotel Zaō Mets? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For someone working at Zao Town Hall, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Address details for Togatta Onsen Nakamachi should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Cheese House, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
