You do not need to be in Langford to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Where the delivery address includes Bear Mountain, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Fairways Hotel on the Mountain should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. When addressing flowers to a guest at Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The street address listed for Fairways Hotel on the Mountain is Lynburne Place 1376; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Lighthouse Christian Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Redeemer Lutheran Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Gordon United Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Grace Baptist Church Of Victoria, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as School District 62 Board Office, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the destination is in Westhills, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to CARE Funeral Services, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Mr Mikes, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
