Same Day Delivery
A florist in Central Saanich handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Black Pioneers in British Columbia is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by The Butchart Gardens in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Brentwood Bay.
If the recipient is staying at Quality Inn Waddling Dog, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Sending to Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For an order addressed to Quality Inn Waddling Dog, the listed location is Mount Newton Cross Road 2476; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Stelly's Secondary? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Bayside Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Brentwood Elementary, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Friendship Community Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Central Saanich Municipal Hall, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Seahorses Café, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
