Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Lahad Datu online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in Desa Kencana, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Lahad Datu Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For a delivery to a teacher at Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Siew Ching, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Dewan Perjumpaan Saksi-Saksi Yehuwa, Lahad Datu, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Masjid Ar-Raudhah, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at St. Dominc Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Borneo Rainforest Lodge, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a patient at Infapro, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before placing a workplace order for Jabatan Hidupdan Liar Lahad Datu, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Aladdin Satay needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
