What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If the recipient is staying at Borneo Rainforest Lodge, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a patient at Infapro, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before placing a workplace order for Jabatan Hidupdan Liar Lahad Datu, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.

A delivery timed for a meal at Aladdin Satay needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
