You can order flowers for Ramkot online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
If the recipient is staying at Bandipur Eco Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Sunshine Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery for Notre Dame Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Bandipur Binaya Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Bindebasini Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Ganesh Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at The Old Inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before placing a workplace order for Bandipur Gaupalika Office, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bahidar Cafe Bakery needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
