Sending Flowers to Schools in Ajaymeru

A delivery for Dewal secondary school playground is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Jagadamba Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Shree Dageswari Basic School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Ajaymeru

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of Baishnath hotel and lodge, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Chamada Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether Ajayameru Gaunpalika office accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
