For delivery on the same day in Temal, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For a recipient whose address is in Machchhegaun, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Sending flowers to someone at Gautam Buddha Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Kali Devi Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Khadkeshwori Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Devithan, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Gelong Phug are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel Temal Shangri La, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
If the destination is in Sarasyunkhark, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
