Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Stathelle online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Same-day orders for Stathelle close at 16:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. An address in Heia should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the recipient is staying at Quality Hotel Skjærgården, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Heistadskolene, ungdomsskole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Brattås skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Olavskirken og Mariakapellet are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Bamble kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Brevik kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Langesund Bad can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a recipient at NAV Bamble, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Herøya, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Restaurant Sjøloftet, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne. Check availability for the product you choose.
