Sending Flowers to Schools in Gullhaug

When several people are giving the flowers together at Botne skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Ekeberg skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Gjøklep ungdomsskole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

If the service takes place at Botne kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Hillestad kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Holmestrand kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

Flower Delivery in Gullhaug — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Gullhaug

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

If the recipient works at NAV Holmestrand, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

When entering an address in Mistelpark, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Golden Dragon, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
