A flower order for Anras can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Anras is 14:00. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Before sending flowers to Volksschule Anras, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Volksschule Mittewald/Drau, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Pfarrkirche Anras, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Bildstock Bartler, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Bildstock Weilerstöckl, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Vital-Landhotel Pfleger before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Address flowers for someone at Anras with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Gölbnerblick Hütte, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
