For delivery on the same day in Aschau im Zillertal, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Before ordering for a guest at Landhaus Alpenherz, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For flowers addressed to a guest at VAYA Zillertal, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending flowers to Volksschule Aschau, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Maria zum Siege, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Heiliger Leonhard, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Wiesbergkapelle, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Gasthof zum Löwen should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
An order addressed to Aschau im Zillertal should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Gasthaus Weiherwirt, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
