Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Heiterwang. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Sending to Fischer am See? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Before ordering for a guest at Landhotel Heiterwangerhof, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For an order addressed to Fischer am See, the listed location is Fischer am See 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Volksschule Heiterwang? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Heiterwang, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If flowers are going to Kirchhof Heiterwang, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Gasthof Post, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
