When several people are giving the flowers together at Ecole Primaire, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Najah schools? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Direction Opérationnelle d'Algérie télécom, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Mosquée Attakwa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Mosquée draa el bordj, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hôtel Erriche, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending to a workplace such as Casnos, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Oued Eddous, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
