The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Sidi Madani is 14:00. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Bab Khouikha, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hôtel & Restaurant La Citadelle, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Militaire Blida, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to Ruisseau des Singes? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The address for Hôtel & Restaurant La Citadelle is given as Route de Médéa; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Centre de formation professionnelle is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Ecole Mohamed Boudiaf? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Ecole Primaire Fatma Tahir, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Mosquée Taouba, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Tribunal Militaire de Blida, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Ben Achour, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Poulets, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
