An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Tchimina, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

When ordering for a recipient at Delegação provincial do Huambo, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.

For a recipient whose address is in Bomba Alta, keep that place name in the address you enter.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Grelha Cultural Restaurante (Cultural Grill) needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
