Sending flowers to someone at Colégio 4 de Fevereiro - Quipungo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Primária Mavinda I, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Primária N.º 97 - Tchivanda, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Capela Mortuária, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Paróquia de Nossa Senhora de Fátima - Quipungo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Pensão Messe should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
