For delivery on the same day in Colonia Segovia, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When the destination is in Barrio Longo, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before sending to Microhospital de Puente de Hierro, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. If you are sending flowers to someone at Unidad de Diagnostico Intensivo, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
A delivery for 1-149 Dr. Abraham Lemos is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela 4-201 Paulo Freire (EGB)? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escuela Dr. Abel Albino, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Iglesia Casa de Dios are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Capilla Maria Mediadora de Todas las Gracias, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Rosa Mistica, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Hospital El Sauce - Guardia, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
When entering an address in Barrio Patrón Santiago, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a table booked at Kotay'k, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
