For a delivery to a teacher at E.P.A. N 13 Esther Quiroga, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Flower Delivery in La Punta — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in La Punta

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check with Boreas Apart before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

A flower order for a recipient at Low Price needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether Municipalidad de La Punta accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

When entering an address in Barrio UOCRA, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Aboxes, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
