A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for C&C Apart Hotel Jachal, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hualta Picum, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to Plaza hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Agrotécnica Doctor Manuel Belgano, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela General San Martín, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela de Comercio Eusebio de Jesús Dojorti? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Iglesia San José, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Registro Civil Huaco, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If the destination is in Barrio Aires del Oeste, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
