When several people are giving the flowers together at Kapan Basic School N1, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Flower Delivery in Achanan — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Achanan

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Golden Kapan, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Sending to a patient at Kapan Medical Center calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

When ordering for a recipient at Kapan Municipality, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Ashotavan, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Tashir Pizza, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
