A flower order for Kapan can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Garegin Nzhdeh Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Address details for Verin Vachagan should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Grand House, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check with Hotel Lernagorts before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A delivery for KAPAN SECONDARY SCHOOL N10 is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Kapan Basic School N1, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at School Number 7 Aft. Andranik Margaryan? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at St. Gevorg, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at St. Mesrop Mashtots, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Surb Hripsime Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Golden Kapan, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Kapan Medical Center, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before placing a workplace order for Syunik Administration, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Arpik.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Tashir Pizza, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
