Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Check that Hotel Odzun can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Before ordering for a guest at Ayva, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The address given for Hotel Odzun is 1st Street 85; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to School of Akori, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Horomayr Monastery, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Odzun Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Saint Gevorg Church (Akori) are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
