Send your flower order for Apollo Bay online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for Apollo Bay close at 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Apollo Bay Waterfront Motor Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Before ordering for a guest at Best Western Apollo Bay, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For a guest at Odyssey Apollo Bay, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When arranging flowers for Apollo Bay Waterfront Motor Inn, note its listed address, Great Ocean Road 173; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Apollo Bay P-12 College, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Our Lady Star of The Sea, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Saint Aidan's Anglican Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
