Flower Delivery in Bacchus Marsh

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

A flower order for someone staying at Border Inn Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

For someone working at Agriculture Victoria, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bacchus Thai Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
