A florist in Balonne handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Moonie Highway are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Balonne close at 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Sending to Two Mile Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Bollon State School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at St George State High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Hebel War Memorial Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Immaculate Heart of Mary, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Outback Life Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Bollon Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
