A florist in Burnie handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For delivery on the same day in Burnie, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Check with Ikon Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at Apartments Down Town, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For a guest at Beach Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The location listed for Ikon Hotel is Mount Street 22; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Saint George's Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Burnie Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Burnie City Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Public Trustee, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bayviews Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
