Send your flower order for Carmel online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Sending flowers to someone at Camel Old School Site? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Carmel Adventist College (Secondary Campus), put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Masonmill Family Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
