For a recipient in Isaac, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. 1916 Flood Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Big Bucket - Rhino in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Elphinstone.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Middlemount Hotel Motel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to Smart Stayzzz Inn? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Clermont State Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Moranbah State High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Valkyrie State School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Saint Francis Anglican Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Clermont Motor Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Moranbah Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Frankfield.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at The Homestead, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
