You’ll pick the city and day on the product
For a recipient in Queenstown, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For delivery on the same day in Queenstown, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Address details for Lynchford should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a patient at West Coast District Hospital At Queenstown, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Empire Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Railway Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Empire Hotel is listed at Orr Street 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Mountain Heights School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at St Josephs Catholic School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to Queenstown Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
An order for a staff member at Town Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
An address in South Queenstown should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses. Check availability for the product you choose.
