Same Day Delivery
You do not need to be in Altaussee to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Dreifaltigkeitssäule in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Gedenkstein Baron Karl von Binzer is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Altaussee, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the destination is in Kendl, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel am See, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Mayrlife Medical Health Resort, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Volksschule, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Kath. Pfarrkirche St. Ägid, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Kalvarienberg - Kapelle, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Ramsau Kapelle, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Seevilla Altaussee should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before placing a workplace order for Gemeindeamt Altaussee, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the recipient’s address is in Kesselgrube, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Gasthaus Schneiderwirt, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
