Send your flower order for Amering online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Mariensäule in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Fassl Kreuz is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Amering close at 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Flowers for a service at Pfarrkirche hl. Georg are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Pfarrkirche hll. Joachim und Anna, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Spitalskirche Unserer Liebe Frau in der Tauplitz, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If flowers are going to Friedhof Obdach, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Gasthof Grillitsch "Rösslwirt", check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
