A florist in Bad Zell handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Lebensquell, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Gesundheitsresort Kurhotel Bad Zell, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The listed address for Hotel Lebensquell is Lebensquellplatz 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Mittelschule is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Musikschule, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Volksschule? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Pfarrkirche Bad Zell, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Cella, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Bad Zell, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a table booked at Jausenstation Langebner Hütte, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
