Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel-garni Schwarzer Bär, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A flower order for someone staying at Austria Traveller Hotel Kirchdorf should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Hotel-garni Schwarzer Bär has a listed address of Hauptplatz 9; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Mittelschule Kirchdorf is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Volksschule 1, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at St. Gregor, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Sternpark Kapelle, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Bezirkshauptmannschaft Kirchdorf, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
For a tribute addressed to Krennmayr, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. For a tribute intended for Friedhof Kirchdorf an der Krems, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at VC Restaurant Bar, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
