Flower Delivery in Mining

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

For a recipient at Mining, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Burgschänke, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
