For a service at Filialkirche Hl. Bartholomäus, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Pfarrkirche Hl. Geist, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Pfarrkirche hl. Dreifaltigkeit are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

Flower Delivery in Prellenkirchen — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Prellenkirchen

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

If the recipient works at Gemeindeamt Prellenkirchen, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Familie Gratzer-Sandriester, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
