Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Rastenfeld online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Den Opfern der Arbeit beim Bau der Kamp-Kraftwerke are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Kriegerdenkmal in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Rastenfeld is 14:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
For a guest at Korngut, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at A-Reihe, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Volksschule / Neue Mittelschule, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Gedenkstätte für verunglückte Bauarbeiter, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Ortskapelle, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Ortskapelle hl. Anna are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel-Restaurant Ottenstein, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before placing a workplace order for Gemeindeamt Rastenfeld, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Gasthof Gamerith needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
