Same Day Delivery
You can send flowers to someone in Schattwald even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Helmut Kozjak *3.11.1961 † 9.1.1996 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Sending to Landhotel Rehbach? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The location listed for Landhotel Rehbach is Rehbach 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Schattwald should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
