A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Bootle bay fishing lodge, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at The Inn at Old Bahama Bay, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a service at Church of God of Prophecy, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Faith Church of the Nazarene, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Saint Mary Magdalene Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Blue Marlin Cove, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Address flowers for someone at NIB West End Sub Office with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bootleggers Bar and Grill, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
