Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Alauddin Medical Hall, Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. When several people are giving the flowers together at Alokayon model school, School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Jamirdia Darul Uloom Madrasah, School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Prabhati Model School, Primary school? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Akandbari Baitul Mamur Jame Masjid, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Hazir Bazar Jame Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Rahim Palace রহিম প্যালেস, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
