Payment is taken online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Jhikargachha. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the recipient’s address is in Chachra, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Parbazar Secondary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Godkhali Kali Mandir are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Hazarali Centeral Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at KIOC Mashjid, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Alimon Nessa Diabetic Hospital. calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For a table booked at Boad Ghat, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
