Local landmarks such as Banglabandha Zero Point are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Martyr's Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. When entering an address in Bhatapara, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.

A delivery for Averest Pre Cadet School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Bir Muktijoddha Sirajul Islam Nagar Daruchunnah Noorani Madrasa, School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Bishnu Prashad Government High School, Government school, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Araji shikarpur New Mosjid, Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at BM College Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Board Bazar Jame Mosjid, Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Modern Information Complex Office, Government office accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For someone in Jamadarpara, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a table booked at চা Point, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
