Flower Delivery in Hasselt

Send your flower order for Hasselt online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Alfons Jeurissen 1874-1925 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Geheim Leger in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Hasselt

Sending flowers to someone at Freinetschool De Toverfluit? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to KIDS Campus Hasselt, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for KT Campus Tuinwijk is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Hasselt

Flowers for a service at Heilig Kruiskerk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Saint Quentin Cathedral, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kapel van Hilst, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Hasselt

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at VDAB, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For someone in Quartier Canal, use that locality name within the delivery address.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

For a tribute intended for Oud Kerkhof, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
