You can order flowers for Louvain-la-Neuve online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Louvain-la-Neuve is 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the recipient’s address is in La Baraque, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Sending to Ibis Styles? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. A flower order for someone staying at Martin's Louvain-la-Neuve should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check with Martin's All Suites before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The location listed for Ibis Styles is Boulevard de Lauzelle 61; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at IAD - Institut des Arts de Diffusion, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to École Escalpade, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Centre Culturel Islamique d’Ottignies Louvain-la-Neuve, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Chapelle universitaire orthodoxe de « Tous les saints de la terre russe », ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Archives de l'État accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Biéreau.
A delivery timed for a meal at Brasserie Restauration Nouvelle needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
