Flower Delivery in Merksem

For a recipient in Merksem, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Merksem

For a delivery to a teacher at Het Laerhof, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Groenendaal Campus Sint-Jan, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Stella Maris, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

For a service at Sint-Bartholomeuskerk, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Flower Delivery in Merksem — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Merksem

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Ask about personal flower deliveries at Districtshuis Merksem, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Merksemheide.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

Before sending a tribute to Begraafplaats Merksem Zwaantjeslei, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Joy's Villa, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
